The confirmation of registration by Teckids e.V. takes place within one week in writing by email, both to the child or young person and to the legal representative.

3. Participation fee and obligation to pay

By registering for a leisure or workshop offer, you acknowledge the obligation to pay the participation fee as stated when registering on the website. Payment is due in advance within 7 days of receipt of the confirmation of registration.

Partial or installment payments are only possible after consultation and express confirmation by Teckids e.V.

The billing takes place in electronic form as PDF by email. You agree to this when you register.

If the participation fee is not paid on time, a reminder will first be sent by email. If this is ignored for another week, a written reminder will be sent by post. If this remains unnoticed for another two weeks, Teckids e.V. can transfer the claim to the collection company Collectia GmbH without further reminder.

If the participation fee is not paid on time, Teckids e.V. is entitled to treat this as a cancellation by the customer as described in Section 4.

4. Provider's obligation to perform and right of withdrawal

The Teckids e.V. organizes its leisure and workshop offers as best as possible. This may result in changes in the program and offer of the booked leisure or workshop offer, even at short notice.

Teckids e.V. is entitled to make such changes with simple information to the participants and the legal representatives, provided that:

the value offered does not fall more than 10% below the participation fee paid,

the educational goals on which the original offer is based are not significantly changed

the change does not create any unreasonable obstacles to participation.

Until the confirmation of registration has been sent, Teckids e.V. is entitled to cancel the registration free of charge and without giving reasons.

Teckids e.V. can withdraw from the contract up to four weeks before the start of the event or, if it is prevented from carrying out the leisure or workshop offer due to unavoidable, extraordinary circumstances afterwards. In this case, the participation fee will be reimbursed without any deductions.

5. Revocation, withdrawal by participants and no-shows

Participants can withdraw from participation up to the deadline specified when registering without giving a reason. The withdrawal takes place in writing by email. In this case, Teckids e.V. is entitled to charge a processing fee of € 10, which will be offset against the repayment of any participation fee that has already been paid.

After the period has expired, withdrawal is only possible for an important reason. The withdrawal takes place in writing by email. Teckids e.V. is only obliged to reimburse if the association can withdraw from the services booked with other providers on behalf of the participants (e.g. accommodation providers, transport companies, etc.) ; in addition, the participants are in any case obliged to pay 50% of the participation fee.

If a participant does not show up for the booked leisure or workshop offer without prior cancellation by email or telephone, Teckids e.V. is also entitled to impose a contractual penalty of 10% of the participation fee, but at least 10 € and a maximum of 20 €.
