Terms and conditions of Teckids e.V. for the participation of non-members in leisure activities and workshops

1. Contractual partner and matter of the contract

The present conditions apply to any bookings of leisure and workshop offers of Teckids e.V.

Participants within the meaning of these conditions are children and young people who take part in a workshop or leisure offer with the approval of their legal representative. The participant is a customer in the sense of these conditions.

The provider and contractual partner is Teckids e.V., Rochusstr. 2, 53123 Bonn, registered in the Bonn register of associations under the registration number VR 9846, represented by the executive board.

Ancillary agreements or additional conditions are not valid unless they are expressly approved.

Teckids e.V. endeavors to make decisions in an accommodating manner towards the participants and their legal representatives, provided that the association does not suffer any material or immaterial damage as a result.

2. Conclusion of a contract

The contract is concluded when the child or young person registers for the leisure or workshop offer. The legal representatives hereby also expressly approve this.

Registration is exclusively possible via the Teckids e.V. website.

The confirmation of registration by Teckids e.V. takes place within one week in writing by email, both to the child or young person and to the legal representative.

3. Participation fee and obligation to pay

By registering for a leisure or workshop offer, you acknowledge the obligation to pay the participation fee as stated when registering on the website. Payment is due in advance within 7 days of receipt of the confirmation of registration.

Partial or installment payments are only possible after consultation and express confirmation by Teckids e.V.

The billing takes place in electronic form as PDF by email. You agree to this when you register.

If the participation fee is not paid on time, a reminder will first be sent by email. If this is ignored for another week, a written reminder will be sent by post. If this remains unnoticed for another two weeks, Teckids e.V. can transfer the claim to the collection company Collectia GmbH without further reminder.

If the participation fee is not paid on time, Teckids e.V. is entitled to treat this as a cancellation by the customer as described in Section 4.

4. Provider's obligation to perform and right of withdrawal

The Teckids e.V. organizes its leisure and workshop offers as best as possible. This may result in changes in the program and offer of the booked leisure or workshop offer, even at short notice.

Teckids e.V. is entitled to make such changes with simple information to the participants and the legal representatives, provided that:
