Any user must report errors or anomalies to Teckids e.V. immediately by email to verein@teckids.org.

Account registrations for another persons, even by parents on behalf of their own children, is prohibited.

5. User account rules

A valid Teckids user account is required to use the services.

Only natural persons can have a user account and each person can have exactly one user account.

No user may pass on his password or generally allow others to access the services with his account.

To register, full name and date of birth must be provided. Teckids e.V. only uses this information internally and does not pass it on.

There is no right to a user account. Teckids e.V. can refuse access at any time, but only by stating reasons.

6. Privacy

Teckids e.V. may collect and store personal data for the use of the services. Name and date of birth must be given for registration. This serves to protect the rights of the registered person and the identification in case of legal problems as well as a basic age check for the protection of minors.

When using the services, personal data such as IP addresses can also be stored in protocols (log files).

To build up the community, users can be automatically added to each other's contact lists (e.g. mailing lists or Jabber roster). The given real name can be displayed here. However, this automation only takes place in the context of events in which the persons concerned participate personally and jointly anyway.

When registering for workshops and camps, the name of the school and the class are requested. We collect this data for statistical purposes and to understand how our groups of participants are composed (e.g. types of schools, etc.). This is important in order to reach pupils from all school types and age groups as far as possible and also to prove this, e.g. sponsors. In addition, the supervisors of events should be able to avoid that an exchange occurs only between participants that already know each other. The data of the legal guardians and the address are collected for the delivery of the invoice and for emergency contacts.

Data on medical information as well as information that could provide information about religion, world views or political views are neither collected nor stored electronically.

Otherwise, Teckids e.V. will never pass on all this data to third parties unless it is forced to do so by law. In this case, the affected user will be notified immediately. There is an exception if, for example, name tags are to be made for an event. In this case, data can be passed on to the organizers of the hosting conference. Another exception is when an accommodation provider (e.g. youth hostel) or a transport company (e.g. coach services) has to collect data for legal reasons.

Each user is responsible for protecting their own uploaded or created data and files.
