Bis zur Neuausrichtung im Sommer 2020 fand die Vereinsarbeit hauptsächlich in Form von internen Workdays statt, die zu einem großen Teil nur für die Mitglieder zugänglich waren. Dies schränkte allerdings nicht nur die Zusammenarbeit mit Nicht-Mitgliedern ein, sondern auch die Arbeit von einzelnen Mitgliedern an Themen, die sich eigentlich nicht in ihrem Aufgabenfeld befinden, sie aber dennoch interessierten. Bei der Neuausrichtung haben wir uns für die Organisation als BarCamp entschieden.

Die BarCamps basieren auf dem pädagogischen Konzept [SkillFlux]({filename}../Paedagogisches-Konzept/skillflux.md). Sie sind bewusst sehr viel offener und weniger restriktiv gestaltet, als unsere vorherigen Workdays, wodurch die Teilnehmenden, ob Mitglieder oder Externe, flexibel und spontan Sessions anbieten können, mit denen sie sich persönlich identifizieren. Somit bildet das BarCamp-Konzept das Gegenstück zu einer starren Teamstruktur und ermöglicht, dass sich jeder an jedem Thema beteiligen und mitarbeiten kann und erleichtet die Partizipation in unseren Projekten.
